About: Timothy Parker is best known for his Abstracts and Figurative Abstracts. He has been involved in some form of artistic and creative fields his entire life. After studying art in New York City at Parsons School of Design, Timothy went on to earn his master’s degree in Art. He then embarked upon a career in New York as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer and Creative Director. In the latter capacity, he worked in marketing, branding and advertising for high-end fashion, fragrance and cosmetic companies. His work revolving around fashion and cosmetic images which can be seen today influencing his abstract figurative work.

When Timothy decided to embrace Fine Art as a full time career he moved from New York City to South Florida. Influenced by South Florida's reputation as a thriving and vibrant art market he has been working as a full time artist for over 15 years. Parker's painting style is always evolving. Exploring the interaction between texture, expressive brush strokes, vibrant color, abstract elements and the human figure. He employs this same unique approach when painting other subjects, such as landscapes, wildlife, and still life's. The net results are paintings that allow viewers to see multiple facets and dimensions in and throughout his body of work.

Exhibitions: Timothy's work is now shown in various galleries throughout the United States as well as his own gallery, the Art2D Gallery in Naples, FL. His work is collected internationally and can be found in numerous corporate and private collections worldwide.
